Returns

Returned items that were purchased using a Black Friday sale coupon code are eligible for store credit only. All sales are final for seasonal items (Halloween, Holiday, Christmas, etc.). We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for seasonal items.
  • All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Original shipping charges you pay, or we pay, are not refundable.
  • You will receive a prepaid return label to send in your return. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, whether you request a refund to your original payment method or a refund to a gift card.
  • Returns over $300 will be issued a store credit.
  • No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales 15% off or more
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
  • Please note: If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you will not be required to return the damaged item back to us and in most cases, we will replace the item. In these cases, please make sure you select that you received a damaged item or that you received the wrong item as your return reason. Please also include a photo of the damaged item.
  • Holiday Policy starting 11/7/23: The return period is extended from 14 days after delivery to 45 days.

Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, whether you requested a refund to your original payment method or a refund to a gift card.

 

Exchanges

    • You will receive a prepaid return label to send in your exchange.
    • Please allow up to two weeks for your exchange to be processed once received at our warehouse.
    • Please note: If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you will not be required to return the damaged item back to us and in most cases, we will replace the item. In these cases, please make sure you select that you received a damaged item or that you received the wrong item as your return reason.

    Refunds 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method; OR, if an exchange was requested, your new order will be processed and shipped out within two weeks.

     

    Gifts

    If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you as a gift card. 

    If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you will need to get the order number and information from the gift giver to proceed with a return and provide us with your email address. If requesting a store credit, a store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. If requesting a refund, it will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified via email of the return. We have no way of issuing a refund to the original payment method without notifying the gift giver.
