Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Prices for our services or products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 

SECTION 5 - REFUND POLICY

Returns
Returned items purchased using a Black Friday sale coupon code are eligible for store credit only. All sales are final for seasonal items (Halloween, holiday, Christmas, etc.). We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for seasonal items.

• All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You will receive a prepaid return label; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, whether you choose a refund to your original payment method or a gift card.
• Returns over $300 will be issued as store credit.
• Orders that used a promo code or were purchased during a sale of 15% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Please allow up to two weeks for processing once your return is received, and 1–3 business days for your refund to appear after processing.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders outside the United States.

Please note: if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you will not be required to return it. In most cases, we will replace the item. Be sure to select “damaged item” or “wrong item received” as your return reason and include a photo of the item when submitting your request.

Any items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

• For damaged or incorrect items, you will not be required to return the item; please include a photo when requesting a replacement.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. If an exchange was requested instead, your replacement order will be processed and shipped within two weeks.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, you’ll need their order details to initiate the return. Refunds in these cases will be issued to the original purchaser, and they’ll be notified of the return by email.

SECTION 21 - MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Inkwell Threads mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Inkwell Threads (“Inkwell Threads”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Inkwell Threads’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Inkwell Threads through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Inkwell Threads. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18884841993 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Inkwell Threads mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
